Understanding Employment Relations Definition

Understanding Employment Relations - Basically, the working relationship is the relationship between workers and employers, occurred after a held agreement by workers with employers, where workers expressed his readiness to work on the employer for a wage and where employers expressed his readiness to employ workers to pay wages. Such agreements are called agreements. From that sense it is clear that the employment relationship as a form of legal relationship is born or created after an agreement between workers and employers.

Definitions Working relationships and Judiantoro According to Hartono Widodo, the working relationship is exertion activities / services of someone on a regular basis for the sake of others who governed (employers / employer) in accordance with the employment agreement that has been agreed upon. (Hartono, Judiantoro, Legal Settlement of Labour Disputes, (Jakarta: Eagle Press, 1992), p. 10.)

Furthermore Tjepi F. Aloewir, argued that the definition of an employment relationship is the relationship between employers and workers arising from the treaty held for a certain period or indefinite. (Tjepi F. Aloewic, Academic About Termination and Settlement of Industrial Disputes, Prints 11th, (Jakarta: BPHN, 1996), p. 32.)

Labor relations essentially covers matters concerning:
Making the Employment Agreement (the starting point of the existence of an employment relationship)
Workers obligation (ie do the job, as well as the rights of employers on the job)
Employers obligation (ie to pay wages to workers, as well as a right of the worker's wage)
The termination of Employment
How to Dispute Settlement between the parties concerned
